  • Campaign & Creative Data: Audio files, scripts, brand assets, and targeting preferences.
  • AI Inputs: Text provided for AI script generation and voice selections.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: IP addresses, browser types, device identifiers, and platform interaction logs.
  • Programmatic Data:Ad delivery metrics, "listen-through" rates, and timestamped engagement data across third-party podcasts and streaming apps.

2.3 Information from Third Parties

We may receive data from our Supply Side Partners (SSPs) and measurement providers regarding ad performance and audience reach.

3. How We Use Your Information

3.1 Service Provision

To manage your account, execute programmatic buys, and provide campaign reporting.

3.2 AI Research & Training

We utilize anonymized scripts and audio assets to train and improve our Generative AI models (Text-to-Speech and NLP). By using the platform, you grant us the right to analyze your content for the purpose of enhancing voice quality and script accuracy.

3.3 Contextual & Conversational Targeting

We analyze the content of audio files and podcasts (via NLP) to ensure ads are placed in relevant contexts without the need for intrusive personal tracking of end-listeners.

3.4 Security & Fraud Prevention

To detect and prevent "Invalid Activity," bot traffic, and unauthorized account access.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

4.1 Service Providers

We share data with trusted vendors (e.g., Stripe for payments, AWS for hosting) who are contractually bound to protect your data.

4.2 Advertising Partners

We share necessary campaign data with SSPs (e.g., Triton Digital, Acast) to facilitate ad delivery.

4.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) or other relevant jurisdictions, or to protect our legal rights.

4.4 Corporate Transactions

  • Correction & Deletion:Request the rectification or erasure of your personal data ("Right to be Forgotten").

  • AI Opt-Out: Enterprise clients may request (via written addendum) that their specific brand assets be excluded from general AI training models.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy. We employ industry-standard encryption and organizational safeguards; however, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Your information may be stored and processed in the UAE, the EU, or the United States. We ensure that such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws, including the use of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where required.
